Car starts at high rpm then dies

The car would stall 2 or 3 times on the way to and from work. Usually at stop lights or when i would let off the gas and the car would try to find an idle. If I try again it will start and idle for a couple seconds just fine and then go rough and die. If I watch my wideband I can watch it go leaner and leaner until it dies.
